History

The home is present in the 1908 map of Haverford and Lower Merion without an owner, and again in the 1913 atlas with the last name "Rudy". I cannot, however, find it in the 1910 census.

In 1919, the home was sold by realtor William J. Ott. Below is a photograph of the home featured in the advertisement.
